Footage believed to be of the man and angry restaurant patrons shortly after the child was found, has been shared on Twitter and Facebook. Some users also posted photos of a man believed to be the suspect. This is a violation of legislation which says an accused rapist can only be named once he's been charged and has pleaded in court.
