In making these submissions, SOS and MMA are attempting to assist ICASA in realising the depth and breadth of the challenges facing the television sector and the role of the effective monopoly player, MultiChoice, in creating the landscape that all television, public, commercial and community, free to air and subscription, finds itself in.
